Rapper 50 CENT Hospitalized After Crash with Mack Truck

50 Cent was hospitalized with possible injuries to his neck and back in a frightening car crash involving his SUV and a mack truck ... this according to a website affiliated with the rapper. According to ThisIs50.com, it all went down Monday night on the Long Island Expressway in New York City, when a red mack truck rear-ended 50's ride ... and the rapper's SUV "almost flipped over." 50 was taken to a nearby hospital ... where, according to the site, doctors are running tests on his neck and back.

Pastor arrested for raping an 11yr old girl.

A pastor attached to one of the Pentecostal churches in Onitsha, Anambra State, is being detained at the Central Police Station (CPS) in Onitsha for allegedly raping an 11-year-old girl. He was arrested last weekend when the girl’s mother discovered that she was bleeding from her private part, a few days after she stayed with the pastor for prayers over her alleged demonic possession. According to a source, problem started when the mother of the girl, Mrs. Chioma Onyeji, who leaves in Asaba, the Delta State capital, attended the pastor’s programme at Onitsha with her daughter at the prompting of her neighbor. The source said that the pastor, whose church is sit-uated at Tasia Road, Inland Town, Onitsha, was said to have told Mrs. Onyeji that her daughter would die in the next five days if she went back home with her. The source further hinted that the pastor was said to have told the woman that her daughter was possessed with evil spirit and pre-scribed prayer and fasting for Mrs Onyeji, who refused on the ground that she was pregnant. The pastor consequently insisted that the girl should stay back with him. After some days, Mrs. Onyeji came back to pick her daughter, but the pastor refused to release her.After much pressure, the girl was brought out by the pastor and handed over to her mother, bleeding from her private part. Upon investigation, the girl told her mother that the pastor raped her three times after spreading white cloth on the ground. The woman reported the matter to the police who immediately arrested the pastor and charged him for rape. The Divisional Police Officer (DPO) at the CPS, Onitsha, Mr. Abdul Yusuf, told journalists yesterday in a telephone chat that he was not on seat, but a police officer, who did not want his name mentioned, confirmed the incident, adding that the pastor would soon be charged to court. The officer said that the pastor had confessed that he raped the girl once and not thrice as she alleged. Mrs. Onyeji has, however, raised the alarm that some members of the society planned to compromise police investigation into the matter. Consequently, Mr. Emma Ewuzie of the Human Rights Volunteer Corp al-leged that the woman had been offered N100,000 to drop the matter from being charged to court.  -Ascology News

Ikeja Mall Shutdown Over new Parkin Fee.

All the stores in the N16 billion Ikeja City Mall located at Alausa, Ikeja, were all shut down today by their owners in protest against the new parking fee of N300 per hour implemented by the owners of the mall. Store owners are refusing to open their stores until the parking fees are either cancelled or reduced to an affordable rate, because they believe that the parking fee will chase away customers...which is true.!

Bomb Blast Rocks J-Town.

Another bomb blast occured today in the city of Jos, in which at least five people were reported dead. No one has claimed responsibility for the blast yet but as usual the word on every mouth is that it must have been carried out by the Boko Haram sect. This has become a. Very disturbing trend in the country. I hope and pray an end comes to this ungodly act and soon too. May the souls of the departed rest in peace. Amen.
